Some questions sent to GBB PR

Some questions sent to GBB PRI sent an email to GBB PR today with a couple of questions: I received responses to both my questions as follows:

Question 1
It's been quite some time since anything has been reported on the Castle Silver Mine property. Is anything happening?

Answer:-
We are keen to maximize shareholder value with this asset. A spin-out would appear to be the best option since there is no value in our present share price. Separate financing and a 43-101 report would then be commenced. We expect some movement in this direction early next year.

Regards,
Roger Thomas

Question 2:
Regarding the gold property, can we expect any assay results before the end of this year?

Answer:-
We are not worried about assays since every hole is hitting the
structure. It does not matter really if results are out next week or next month.
Keep in mind that Mr. Basa is still the largest shareholder.

Now...it would appear that some reading between the lines might be required here.
Can someone who is more familiar with this company put the proper spin on the responses I received?
