A  very  simple  and  very  believable  answer.

The  way  I  see  it,  the  speculation  has  been  taken  out  of  this  stock. It  only  reflects  the  bad  luck  and  sentiment  of  the  past  and  doesn't  reflect  the  true  value  of  the  present.

As  it  goes  forward  the  turning  of  the  shares  will  be  held  on  hands  of  those  that  believe  this  should  be  at  a  much  higher  price  and  hold  till  it  gets  there.
