RE: RE: RE: the problem boys...

RE: RE: RE: the problem boys...Although BVBGB has.....from mid Oct, good one too.
I think everyone should give their heads a shake. In my own opinion the Kodiak deal was never going to happen. I think everyone is missing the big picture especially heavy(shiteforbrains)mundo. You are all concerned with the wording of this and the meaning of that. basically you have not just looked at what is right in front of you.

The company has a market cap under 20 mil, so why would anyone agree to fund them to the tune of 30 mil? why would a company advance a loan of 10 mil?

Take a look at both deals, forget about the over analyzing BS from Heavy. Just look, ask yourself the simple question, which one of the two looks as though they would fund a company with no proven resource, 200 plus mil shares out, not real assets, no income, basically no nothing.

A. kodiak (no)
B. thirdeye (yes)

Did anyone ever stop to think that maybe without the paperwork and deal in place with kodiak there could be no deal with thirdeye? JR you are a sly one baby! imho

Kodiaks deal- they give money to a company that has really nothing for a 10 % discount and some free shares
( even if i had billions this would be a no way deal , i would want way more for the risk)

Thirdeye deal- they give money, they get 38 mil warrants 12% interest and 15% back in shares.
( bingo, i get the bonanza deal, risk with massive reward)

Dor just got the first draw of 2 mil, they issued 3,800,000 shares @ ,08 cents which is worth $305,000.00, they issue 38 mil warrants ( yet to have a value) and take on 12% interest to be paid monthly if I am correct.

Now here is one detail Heavy( the boards beotch) mundo forgot,.............
"""" expenses associated with the credit facility"""""

Just so Heavy gets it................. There really is no repayment on the loan unless you count loaned money being used to pay back the money on loan, at least not for a few years, thus the 38 mil warrants, thus the 3,800,000 shares and thus the spin off. If in the next few years this pans out to be the worlds largest mine then Sprott/thirdeye make more money than Jesus Christ along with Jr and us. If it pans out to be a pile of dirt then they lose no money and just dont make as much as they would have, Jr and us lose Leadbetter.......but we don't lose it all cause now we have Quebec!

IMHO sprott/thirdeye is the partner that everyone keeps waiting to show up, but nobody seems to see them. These guys could fund the whole bulk, they can bring in another partner( probably already taken care of), they can accept shares for payment, basically they can do whatever they want, this is the devil in disguise, and it looks like JR just made them dance.

All of this ofcourse is just my own stupid thoughts, but when i look at everything over the last few months this is what makes sense to me, this is what I see.

Good luck All,

I finally feel comfortable with DOR and for the boards members who have had the good fortune of reading my rants over the years i think that sais alot.

p.s----- who really cares what dwek does,
