RE: RE: RE: RE: Don't be fooledBecause its not dropping due to bad news.

Here is Chens email.

I decided to use the bounce to sell my position in Petro Vista Energy Corp. (PTV.v) today at 25c CAD. The reason for taking an early exit than I planned was due to share overhang. I am quite bullish for energy in 2011 in general and I will provide an update later this month. However, if you look at the attached image of the warrants outstanding and expiration for PTV, you can see unless PTV has some real good news and has a lot of new investors coming in, its stock will likely under perform for most of 2011. If its stock stays above 25c for 20 days, the company can force the warrant holders to excise the 15c warrant. I think the warrant holder will likely excise the warrants and sell most into the market. That's about 14 million shares of warrants. Then if the stock goes above 30c, the soon to expire 30c warrants will come into play, that's about 42 million shares. PTV average trading volume is less than half a million, these shares will take a long time to absorb. That's why I decided to sell it now and use the capital elsewhere. I may have a chance to buy it back later in 2011 at not much higher price if the management can execute according to their plan, which was not the case so far.
