it is an option. he basically took the option and sold it for a little profit. Obviously he didn't have the money to pay for the 200,000 so he flip it. the other guy didn't even do that for 100k. he just took the latest option at .40. that to me looks VERY BULLISH.
now the News seems very very exciting. WOW lots of assays and they seem very upbeat and confident.
