RE: PP one week $500.000

Pre-production Stripping 393,500
Buildings 1,632,700
Electrical System 63,600
Working Capital   1,258,200

Total Capital Costs $15,988,500

Total per Daily Tonne Ore & Waste $1,599
Prior non NI 43-101 the Silver Hart before the TM,FM &SM drilling program had  7,530,000 oz of silver on there claims over just 116 tonnes. ok before the new discoveries we have a non compliant resource sitting there worth @ say 25. an oz to be conservative of 188 million that would cost tops $1,599 x's 116 tonnes=185.4k leaves approx still 187 million in net proceeds at $25.00 oz...now take at look at CMC's website they have found 3  other veins nearly 6 feet width and around 3/4 of a mile long chip samples from 60 feet by nearly 5 feet graded 38.2 oz tonne Ag. plus they have only drilled on four out of a possible 20 areas on there claims.
Even at the Ultra high open pit mining engineering cost I tabled above the first tonne is always the most expensive as they say but on a declining balance of capital cost outlay as long as they discover even another 5 to 10 million oz of AG these remarkable grades then well they could be producing like one of the lowest cost per tonne silver mines on record... Just a money pit cash cow in there backyard.

And finally once again to the insider sell poster guy/gal i was going to copy sedi reports showing the BOD balances after a few sells like 44k was it yesterday leaving a boatload..i noticed you didn't show there balances and the warrants and the options most of them still hold..So 44k  well hmm that's what about 18k. Off the top still leaves all in 700 to 800k maybe more for that director well ok..can't remember..you not suppose to re-distribute the sedi if you read the fine print ..bit if you are so inclined next why don't you show there remaining balances as well..I suppose if the BOD where in a net short position I'd be a little concerned but the way it looks is they are all going to end up multi millionaires for those of them aren't already..
