OT - Russians can't even build their own war machi

Gheez

Reading this morning that essentially the Russians can't even build their own war machines anymore.

The Russians are going to buy their warships from France, of all places.

If there is one life lesson that is easy to learn.......that is......when it comes to money.....people/ countries will do anything. Good old France. Sell to anyone. Remember the French missiles and planes that fought against England in the Falkland War? Come one, come all.
