Up ! Up! she goes!Jennings Capitol target for 2011 was 5.70 based on production of 1 mil tons of coal so according to their calculation and the news that production will ramp up to 3 mil tons in 2011 and including all their other assets  it's fair to assume that the target price should be anywhere between 10.00 - 12.00 $ .

Does anybody disagree?
