RE: insider reportI'll just point out that (1) JDM can easily just wait for the next few NRs to dump all those
.155 shares at a thin profit, and (2) if JDM tried to buy that many shares off the market it'd drive up the drive way past
.155.
I feel for you guys. When I saw the last NR, I'd thought this MUST be a 50mil+ stock, if not 100mil. But then I saw that JDM was here and wasn't surprised anymore. Take from that what you will.
If I was a shareholder, I'd attend the next AGM. Make sure my voice was heard - come hell or high water, this guy shouldn't be involved in anymore PP. Surely it can't be hard to find different money after results like these.
With each new PP, MTB is going to need higher amounts of $, and JDM is going to be able to acquire greater %s of the company (assuming the SP stays as low as its been).
9mil market cap for MTB and a recent PP. Unbelievable! I'm not blaming everything on JDM, but obviously it would have been better for MTB - much better - to have an insider who held their shares, rather than sold millions into the market.
