China rates ... phi

China rates ... phi   The rate increases are what is needed and they are doing the right thing ....   the amounts are and will be for the next 4 months quite small but will tend to show a direction with reasonable control.

The dumbest money people in all of history are the $US Americans ..  please understand that this is confined to the United States of America not North or South America,

The US and their money are both dead ...  there could be a 2 or 3 year boost, known as the " dead cat bounce " to the $US but this in all likelihood has already happened ...  in any event and as many ways as one can slice it  ...  the $US is dead.
