CLIFFMONT SIGNS EXCLUSIVITY AGREEMENT ON PROJECT IN COLOMBIA

Vancouver, British Columbia –December 15, 2010 – Cliffmont Resources Ltd. (TSX-V - CMO) announces

that over the past several months it has been reviewing a number of prospective property acquisitions

throughout Latin America. The Company has determined that it will focus on prospective acquisitions in

Colombia. The Company has established a base of operations in Colombia and has retained key staff

members for administration and exploration activities. In this regard the Company has identified a

property to focus efforts on and has signed an Exclusivity Agreement ("the Agreement") on a

prospective precious and base metals project located in Colombia. The Company has initiated technical

and legal due diligence on the property.
