Interesting perspective here.  Well so what's good for Goldman Sachs  should be also adantageous to us, so we just keep buying more HRG at the super discount it is still offered (I venture to guess that it is worth probably 2 to 3 times the 1.25, even without Prognoz).  I have them (Severstal/G S) taken up on it already and may do so again.  Oh BTW it isn't G S that has been charged with silver & gold manipulation but JP Morgan and to a lesser extent also HSBC through naked shorts and holding huge short positions in silver, so much so, that they represent almost half a years' production volume and colluding by dumping vast silver positions in unison within a few minutes of trading,  then buying them back gradually after the herd of sheep also sell.  Time will tell if convictions will result (which I doubt).  G S has been convicted of CDS selling while betting against them at the same time with the proverbial slap on the wrist through fines of approx. 500 Mill $ or so.
