THE PROPERTY

THE PROPERTYIn countries such as these, Guyana,  Columbia, peru, ecuador, the land packages are owned by individuals, not having the know how and  knowledge to do modern exploration and the funds, so they make deals with public companies such as BKT.

this is a common practice of doing business in these countries, i am involved with 4 more plays like this.

BKT runs the ship here, and thats why we have the TSX watching and monitoring deals so that the investor does NOT get hurt, and thats why it took so long for approval because they wanted to make sure the paperwork was one hundred percent kosher.

the fact that the vendor got what he got indicates the quality of the property, vendors in these regions are not fools, they know the land better then anybody.

as far as vendor control of the company, that will never happen, nonsense, and thats why the deal was constructed the way it is.

as exploration begins, BKT will need a lot more money then they have now, which will mean issuing more shares into the market, that has to happen especially if they hit something juicy, and if they do, in early exploration the share price will rocket a finacing then will give them a good chunk of money to prove up the property, believe me if they hit anything near what CAN hit you will all be laughing all the way to the bank, the ones that are invested in this price range that is.

as far as the Yukon, pretty difficult to explore at 50 degrees below zero, now!

In a lot of grass roots properties the vendor allows the public  company 90 days to send their geologists in with an option to purchase,

i like BKT becuase its so obvious, homework was done on the property, and the vendor cut this deal with shares thats a major damn good sighn, most of the time they just want the cash.

you all enjoy your day, and not to worry, the main goal here is to hit, and i am betting my money that they will.

always remember one thing bashers never have a vested interest in the companies that they bash, think about it would you go onto a site a just bash a stock , why waste your time, i know that i have been on stockhouse for many many years, i post on the companies that i am invested in, sometimes on others, but i have never bashed a company,   it makes no sense, always remember its whats in the ground that matters, look at the CAN chart it sais it all.

I got talked out of CAN at $2.00 to sell what a mistake that was.

always do your own due diligence

look at the facts and if in doubt call the company, they are there for you, and they will answer all of your questions, thay have to.remember its a ppublic company

you can always reach Jason at 604 899 9150

have a nice day
