RE: Trading halt?I sure hope not.  I believe it's backfired in the past restricting upward movement.  I think releasing any news without the halt lets the sp run more more freely as the news is disseminated and new investors buy/chase the stock upwards rather than letting the sellers position their sells at lower prices than they could get otherwise.
