You are mixing apples and oranges. Teck also paid $15 billion for Fording, both said transactions were when credit was readily available.

Buyouts of yesterday are a thing of the past. Also, Inco overpaid according to the majority of analysts.

Franconia which has $22.5 billion was just bought by DM for $77 million. DM also had major reasons to buy it outside of synergies and scalability.

So keep pumping about figures used pre crash. How come you cant find anything of the sort since the crash.

Here is another great selling point. MSQ is trending higher from the lowest price at the height of the crash. Wow thats something not too many stocks can boast right.
