All I'm saying is that these PP's are expected and common for companies like SFF.
They now have $15 million cash to drill their properties....not too bad , I'd say.
Maybe you disapprove of the financing but the fact that they got the PP done in 2 weeks and have set a nice 0.50 base in for the s/p is encouraging.
I'd prefer to see less dilution of course but I'd also like their property in Colombia to be explored fully. Drilling ain't free there Cowboy.....
