SIMP I have all the stox in your dads basket except fr (doh - i looked hard at it too) and I dont have agq which I do like.  I agree with safe jurisdictions, thats paramount and so easy to find.  In my search of coal stox I found a pakistan play in the kashmir being pumped ( r u fn kidding me - if the USSR and U.S. cant ever deal with afghanistan can china deal with Pakistan?).  I also like low cost producers who make money as they grow (your fvi is a prime example).  To that end I have svm in my basket though I'm not sure I would get in, in a big way at these levels.  Also take a look at v. svl as it is starting to produce at low costs and growing.   DD as always, I'm making some buys right here today as I've already done my dd for slx. glta!!
