If you can find insider purchase information for the last couple of years, you will see that they bought a lot of shares well above today's price.  Hard to believe they would sell out for anything even close to today's price level, but who knows.

This thing tends to trade in wild swings, as one can see with a quick glance at the chart.  Still, it is very strong today, with good volume, on a down day for gold, which is certainly a good sign that news of some kind is close.
