Voya Asia Pacific High Dividend Equity Income Fund (the Fund) is a diversified, closed-end management investment company. The Fund’s investment objective is total return through a combination of current income, capital gains and capital appreciation. The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing primarily in a portfolio of dividend yielding equity securities of Asia Pacific companies. The Fund will seek to achieve its investment objective by investing at least 80% of its managed assets in dividend producing equity securities of, or derivatives having economic characteristics similar to the equity securities of Asia Pacific Companies that are listed and traded principally on Asia Pacific exchanges. The Fund will invest in equity securities and will select securities through a bottom-up process that is based upon quantitative analysis. Voya Investments, LLC is an investment adviser of the Fund.

RE: RE: RE: RE: TSX ListingYou might legitimately say that IAE is fairly valued at $3.00 today with production at 5kboe/d, however what's it worth in 2012 with production over 20kboe/d?  You see, nobodies buying this for today's production, it's the well lined up development prospects that get the attention of experienced oil sector investors.  And yes, this company isn't Oilexco.  You see, where OIL was up to it's gills in debt to the financially unstable banks, IAE has a large cash surplus that is growing every day at $90.00/barrel oil.  I also agree that we won't see the $20.00/share that OIL reached before crashing to
.065.  So what if we only reach $7 or $10?  Still one of the safest 2 year high return investments out there.  The two main jobs for management going forward are a) to execute development on time and b) to add more exploration and development properties at low cost and in time to replace depletion.  Oh, and c) avoid borrowing money from the corrupt bankers of the world
