RE: RE: Question - Warrants calculated in NAV ?

RE: RE: Question - Warrants calculated in NAV ?Pinetree holds shares in over 400 companies. Some of the main players in each category are listed on the financial report, some are listed on the Pinetree website.
What you can do is go over the news releases from the past 6-7 years and pull the numbers from those. The shareholder equity, based on fair market value of the shares held at Sept 30, was 410 million. I'm guessing it is around 600~ million now without including any warrants that may be profitable.
My understanding is that the management can trade the shares they own, as well, which will throw numbers off.
One thing I've noticed by looking at a lot of the insider reports for the companies mentioned in Pinetree placement announcements is that Sheldon buys into those companies with his own money, outside of Pinetree.
He's put in over 15.5 million$ buying shares of PNP so far. He puts in even more buying shares of the companies Pinetree buys. Sinking that much money into things you have to wonder what his timeframe for a payoff is.
