That was the one point the news release I didnt understand myself. I was fairly sure the hedge was the last bit to tie up.

Looks like there is another loose end. Fairly sure it is minor.

With respect to the closing of the loan making any move. There was a lot of shares issued and I am sure a lot of traders left the sphere but there may be a spike on the signing since and correct me if I am wrong but pre crash they were on the cusp of financing and ppl got burned hard for it. They may be waiting just in case this is another false start.

Either way, Im long with this so the daily movement isnt the biggest of issues for me. 1.08 or 1.15 no real difference. This thing has been tied in a bow nicely for a decent return.
