RE: EAG is for exclusive memberI see most of the volume for EAG is though Alpha, and they purposely don't put your bids to show. The public sees only bids that are lower by a half cent. So if a seller wants to sell immediately he sells to the current displayed bid say 26 and immediately alpha buys at 26 and sells a half cent higher to the undisplayed order. Instant profit !
I have already made a formal complaint to IIROC about Alpha. I would ask others to make their complaints as well.
