RE: partners with WPP

WPP is a public company that NOG is a partner with in Lloyd.
The company I wonder about is Western Warner, that is a private company owned by the management of NOG- I think?
you see them mentioned the odd time and It would be good to know the relationship it has with NOG - is it only a management company that they are paid through or is there something else? anyone?
