$135M Buyout - Groupon....More Info? Fair Comparis

I am looking for additional information on that HUGE $135 Million Groupon buyout deal earlier this year (April, 2010).

All I could find is a report on CEO WORLD NEWS .. .the article heading was;

Groupon Grabs $135 Million From Digital Sky Technologies (DST) and Battery Ventures- Worth $1 Billion

Apparently, this deal gave Groupon.com a $1 Billion Valuation on paper....very impressive for a small cap tech play.

Is this a fair case study comparable for the buyout potential for ISD?
