RE: RE: RE: NewsI agree with you that today's news represents excellent financing. However, this company has had very major dilution in the past when it had to issue shares at dreadful prices. Perhaps the stock consolidation of one new for seven old shares camouflages the past major dilutions.

Unlike the "freaks", I never faulted management for the series of private placements at very low prices. These started in the early years of 2000 to 20005. They were necessary due to the existing economic/financial marketplace. I first started accumulating FCO shares at 60¢ per share which is equivalent to $4.20 a share post-consolidation. My current average cost is $2.10 per FMI share. I continue to hold the 30,000 shares which I have now held for several years.
