Technically right now CUU only owns roughly 67% of shaft creek. 30% owned by Laird, 3% owned by others. So tech can buyback 75% of 67% leaving Copper Fox with 25% of 67% or 16.7% of Schaft creek.


Our final amount of interest in Schaft Creek will be one of the following.


16.6% if tech buys back 75% and we dont' receive the shares of Laird
23% if Tech buys back 75% and we do receive the shares of Laird
40% if Tech buys back 40%
53.6% if Tech buys back 20%
67% if Tech does not buy back.
