RE: Acquisition of KRI Very beneficial

RE: Acquisition of KRI Very beneficial

The Rock-

I came up with  approximately 310 million in annual revenues assuming using current pricing 10% mining dilution and used bench test recovery percentages for each metal at each mine. It is unclear that the Santander mill will recover copper so I left it out. That leaves us with a P/S ratio of around .45 fully diluted. The cheapest price sales ratio stock using current prices (and which is on a tear) in my universe is Amerigo Resources at 1.3.( Orvana is at 1.6 without Copperwood).

I think the biggest risk here is how long the company can toll mill at the Brunswick mine- if it is for only a few quarters the company will end up having to raise money to build a mill (unless they were able to broker to buy the  oversized Brunswick mill at a huge discount).

I am also hoping they also make an attempt to acquire Tamerlane Ventures while the stock is cheap and before the deficits in zinc start to appear and /or TAM raise  enough money to develop their zinc/lead property  then they will have 3 projects in the pipeline Ruttan, Pine Point, and Los Pinos.  I am seeing no new future big zinc mines in development other than Ozernoe in Russia and quite a few are nearing the end of production life.
