The Bruell Property is located in Vauquelin Township, Quebec. The Oakes Gold Property is located in the Matachewan gold mining area of northern Ontario. The Company controls about 32 mining claims and three mining leases in the Matachewan Gold Area. The Pense Property is located in Pense Township, Ontario. The claims are located near the Quebec provincial border, approximately 25 kilometers east of Englehart, Ontario, in the Larder Lake Mining Division.

RE: Happy New Year..looks like people will be chasing junior uranium and rare earth stocks this year...or at least for now...and according to the trading on the American markets over the Christmas season...there could be some quick advances in share prices of these jrs....would be nice for a news release or company update so that Sparton could remind Mr.Market that we are a uranium and rare earth play (germanium and yttrium) amongst other things...would be nice but of course ain't gonna happen....am long and strong and PATIENT....but sometimes I do pine for a wee bit of promotion....
