will it...or won't it?

will it...or won't it?
Theoretically, with the increase in oil prices, drilling activity should pickup.
And so it should have a direct positive impact on share prices.

However, the trick here is for the managment to come up clear and clean
and say that the low stock price was because of  low drilling activity,
and not because of any other (i.e. financial) consideration.

I am saying this because I have been badly burnt on another oil servives
related company (EIL), which saw multiple year lows in spite of a rising
oil sector !!

I hope this is not the case with CBE.

The above is my personal opinion.
