RE: RE: BUYOUT ?Unfortunately no buyout announcement.They however made a nice acquisitionwhich will be accretive to 2011 EPS ....but paid 7.5 X LTM  EBITDA which is more than what ATB trades for..The stock should trade at about 24 dollrs if we apply 7.5 x to 2011 proforma EBITDA...Its nice to be able to make acquisitions but ATB s stock price has done absolutely nothing since it was spun off from Aeterna 4 years or more ago

Lets hope that this acquisition makes ATB large enough for private equity to be interested in acquiring it
