rgx may have started its run,and it wont be long for rgx with its tight float to trade past a dollar,and onto two dollars,nice win for fnc if this was to happen,but what there telling me here in t.o.argex may be the win for 2011,fnc have 9 million shares of rgx,we may get a play here on this play.jmho.
