1. The rare earths weren't detected until Jan 2010.
2. The beauty of this proerty is the adit access from the 1970-1973 mine.
3. You can drill this from surface.
4. You can mine it from the old access adits and workings, i.e, underground.
5. Look at the yellow on the maps and diagrams for the adits (tunnels).
6. The rare earth zones are only a few hundred meters from underground access.
7. A small mines permit and this play could be in production way ahead of others.
8. Sits in a mining district of B.C.

I think you missed a few of the important pictures and diagrams.
