Capital Corp. deal

Snoopy you wrote.......We should be hearing something any day about Capital Corp. along with the first part of the $20,000,000 loan and of course the last sale for $750,000 one way or the other we are heading for the Bakken!! Yes this is an extremely hot area, before the big correction Energy and Capital did quite a raving review on PEP and the Bakken. I think it was Aug.08 I am sure there will be many posting here very soon.

Could you please confirm with Bruce that this deal is dead or still alive.
A update to shareholders should be due one way or the other.
