Copper Fox Metals Inc. is a Canadian resource company focused on copper exploration and development in Canada and the United States. They will get 75% for an absolute steal and pay fair value (plus a premium, perhaps) for the rest, getting 100% dirt cheap. I suspect that TCK and CUU managements already know this "unofficially ". The fair value will, of course, depend on the FS result (NPV).
