i believe this time will be different. last man standing will be hard money. yes there may be a deal in stocks for a short time but  they will explode when the average man in the street sees fiat for what it is and he will see that at the grocery store and the gas pumps. gold and silver will revert to their natural function to the masses, money.
there is nothing pleasant in this scenario for most but the longer i see extend and pretend the harder the fall. history is rife with the same endgame when greedy political leaders try to print their way out of fiscal trouble. 
two thirds of the planet now use gold and silver as money while our leadership used the mainstream media to dissuade the average citizen from owning the physical while the investment houses use paper vehicles like gld and slv to drain investment away from the physical and short to suppress the price. we are in a new game and it is physical . many will be left behind this time. aimho. glta
