RE: RE: Caesars Top 25Caesars gave no reason why it questioned the leadership of Larry Reaugh. I can think of two negatives: He was, and may be again, involved with Adanac which went broke. And Larry is around 65 so you wonder how long he wants to continue doing this. I hate to be negative since I own 270K shares of AMY :)

As part of your due diligence on any Canadian company please read the financial statements on file at www.sedar.com.
For the prior year the AMY financial statements show:
-management fees of $22K
-wages of $378K
-stock-based compensation of $439K

Since the company is only a few people I assume most of that went to Larry. Add in dollars from MOR, Goldrea, Adanac, and other companies. Larry is doing OK for himself and grandchildren.
