There is no buyout...  the optics just do not work.  As someone stated earlier it has to be a couple of the banks working to keep the SP down.  those banks might just be the 2 that were considered but failed to make the grade... one is definitely Canadian the other Sucks. I cannot look at the numbers but those that can look and add up the shares bought and sold by the #79 over the past months and I am thinking that it may be pretty close to even.  So my opinion is that the same few million shares have been going round and round to piss off a company that does "care about the the sp" .  Severstal has proven time and again that they are not too swift when it comes to the investor side of a business.  Over paid for co"s, ill timed buyouts, etc.  From what I have read AM did not make his money by smart "business Decisions" that said they are focused but not always where they need to be.  They have turned this co around and will in spite of themselves make us all a lot of money.  Let the children play... we have more than enough amongst us all to F' em UP.
