Thanks for the clarification, Isaya.

I just expected that, after reading that paragraph you mentioned, that there would be some justification for Russell's strong tone of his remarks. After looking into it, I was surprised to find that there didn't seem to be any. In fact, BusinessWeek agrees with me in interpreting Soros' comments opposite to what Russell did. Some people still enjoy reading Russell, and I suppose we're all entitled to our opinions, but I just find him to be a tad too shrieky for my tastes.
