Good comments re HB sands

Good comments re HB sandsWheels,
I am impressed by your quote on the HB play in the oil.
This is very exciting as the gas prices suck and oil maybe the real jewel.
They are in the liquid window at G36 and the Cocagne basin may be in the shale oil window.
We need 2000m to 3000m depths to have the pressures to excite any major....I really like this potential.
UNFORTUNATELY the rock isnt the rock in this basin, its VERY complex stratigraphically and unlike a "regular" basin it is a fresh water setting so the usual model used is that there may have been a series of lakes linked together. This adds to the complexity.
The HB sands for PTW are too tight for a play.
CEX 5101 wont add anything but will probably give a good blue sky number.....
CDH is the jewel not CEX and PTW may not be able to prove the potential of there lands ie SAckvile etc.
Good luck to all
