Australian Flooding

Australian Floodinghere's just a question for the board
does the flooding of one the world's largest metallurgical coal producers (Australia), add value to the upgrader OPTI has? with the price of steel to be affected by this, would it not mean that a new upgrader would cost significantly more than cost OPTI had to pay when building theirs.
just reading about the impact on coal and steel prices following this "Biblical" flood, and wanted to know if steel prices significantly affect the cost and development of SAGD operations.
thanks
(on a side note, reading that the Chairman of OPTI, James Mark Stanford, was also the Chairman of NOVA Chemicals, who happened to have a similar situation to OPTI before being bought out at a significant premium.... SO HERE'S TO HOPING IT PLAYS OUT THE SAME)
