Primary Symbol: PCY

The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the DBIQ Emerging Market USD Liquid Balanced Index (the underlying index). The fund generally will invest at least 80% of its total assets in U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds from emerging market countries that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index measures potential returns of a theoretical portfolio of liquid emerging market U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds.

Railway Cost for Mongolian Coal

Not sure if you can read the chart at the bottom of the following link, but enlarging the page should let you see just how cheap the railway freight costs are.

This article is only a couple months old so the prices should be quite up to date.

I'm not sure what numbers to use, but IMO it may not be all that expensive to ship via rail. Any comments?
