PROJECTS BEING NEGOTIATED

PROJECTS BEING NEGOTIATED

I've just received the stock certificate for some of my private placement shares that are now tradeable and a pamphlet called “Business Opportunities for Global 8 Environmental Technologies Inc” came with them. I found three projects underway that we haven’t heard about and phoned Ed Kroeker to find out what’s going on. He said they have been alluded to previously and he doesn’t feel it’s necessary to put out a news release every time they do something. So I went through the booklet with him (you’ll find my comments in brackets) and am posting my notes in three categories: projects underway, being negotiated, and areas being looked at.

PROJECTS CURRENTLY STARTED

(1) Golden Bear (GB) Fort Providence First Nations - feasibility report for environmental center/ complex complete, awaiting technical report  - work to be done on a cost-plus basis

(2) (GB) Fort McMurray First Nations - feasibility report for an environmental center underway: as with all GB projects, the center would be built on a cost-plus basis

(3) Global 8 and its’ licensees have been COMMISSIONED to do the feasibility & technical reports preliminary to building “the largest wind farm in the world” at Tongliao, in the Chinese province (not the country) of Mongolia. (Funding for the project to be arranged after the reports are completed.)

(4) “Global 8 has signed an agreement with Nana Brother Trading to build an environmental center (forgot to ask which country) showcasing earth, fire, air and water technologies in the Middle East. (Financing in place.)

PROJECTS BEING NEGOTIATED

(1) (GB) Yellowknife First Nations - an environmental technology center that will include waste, recycling, sewage treatment, hydroelectric, solar, wind energy and utilizing green building construction practices - to be built on a cost-plus basis

(2) As we know Global 8 has an agreement in principal and found a Chinese construction firm to build 42 environmental centers in Chongqing (BUT there is, as yet, no financing available)

(3) Global 8 is meeting with “senior officials from Saudi

Arabia?s largest construction and development company” to discuss the possible construction of “25 environmental centers.”

AREAS OF INTEREST (where I didn’t see anything specific)

(1) (GB) - Saskatchewan First Nations

(2) United States
