Pascalis-Colombiere Property..
This baby is going to shine in 2011!
I am really looking forward to getting some drill results from this Property!
They began drilling in mid December but are just getting geared up!
I have a very good feeling about the past producing LC Beliveau Mine that is located on the Property...one of their targets is just below the existing mine infrastructure which already has a Historical Resource of 23,500 ounces.
My gut feeling is telling me that a lot has been missed on this Property and the best prospects are below the existing mine workings. It reminds me of the Bell Creek Mine which is being presently revitalized by Lake Shore Gold in Timmins (LSG). They have found a "gold mine" below the gold mine!
One really striking similarity is the depth of the existing mine infrastructure...both have workings to a vertical depth of 300 metres. Lake Shore Gold has now established mineralization to a vertical depth of 1,400 metres and it is high-grade with fantastic mineable widths. Please, do not get me wrong...the two have no geological similarities to compare.
What I would like to see here and I am pretty sure that it will take place in the future is that AGE will de-water the existing mine workings and setup a couple of underground drilling units to get into the guts of this deposit and hit this baby hard from there!
I see a lot of potential here...they can get access from underground and fast track this Property into production. Very little exploration was done on this Property in the past and the opportunity is wide open here for a major discovery under the mine workings.
I truly believe that this Property did not get the respect that it deserves and an aggressive drilling program will prove just that! I do have some past knowledge on how Noranda ran their operations...whether or whether not this one was run in the manner that I am familar with I cannot honestly tell you...but...chances are it was and if so...tight management...exploration was on a very restricted budget. This may turn out to be very positive for us...Thanks...Noranda!
We will not have to wait long for some great results!

P.S. Happy New Year to All! All the Best in 2011!
