Mr. Michael Marchand reports

LEEWARD CAPITAL CORPORATION CLOSES FLOW-THROUGH FINANCING

Leeward Capital Corp. has closed the flow-through portion of the non-brokered private placement announced in Stockwatch news on Nov. 19, 2010, to raise up to a maximum gross proceeds of $1.75-million. The flow-through portion was oversubscribed raising a total of $1.39-million. The non-flow-through portion for the remainder of the financing is expected to close in the next few days. Leeward anticipates starting diamond drilling on its Nithi molybdenum deposit in early February following confirmation of its existing exploration permits. The Nithi Mountain molybdenum deposit located 10 kilometres south of the village of Fraser Lake, B.C. It is situated in central B.C. adjacent to a major highway (Hwy. 16), CN rail and power lines and only 18 kilometres from the active existing Endako molybdenum mine. Nithi represents a significant in the ground asset of molybdenum in a politically secure area of the world that lies immediately adjacent to existing infrastructure.

We seek Safe Harbor.
