Invesco Emerging Markets Sovereign Debt ETF V.PCY

Primary Symbol: PCY

The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the DBIQ Emerging Market USD Liquid Balanced Index (the underlying index). The fund generally will invest at least 80% of its total assets in U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds from emerging market countries that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index measures potential returns of a theoretical portfolio of liquid emerging market U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds.

RE: PCY

RE: PCY"It would seem that PCY would be a logical takeover target..."

When John Lee said he would consider the possible spin off of the non-coal assets, coal operations being the target of a buy out or a major buy in (ie : JV partner) crossed my mind. Why sell (or dilute via major partner) PCY as a whole when all someone might want is the coal operation? Either way and excluding prospects of the same, us shareholders are in a good position (ie: production).
