Answer : The average plant throughput in Q4, 2009 was 23,235 tonnes per day.
It is also worth noting that in the early part of 2010 when Mercator increased throughput to over 30,000 tonnes per day, they wisely deliberately decided to cut-back throughput to retain more acceptable recoveries at that time. These problems are planned to be overcome with the installation and commissioning of the new additional processing equipment, as Mercator builds towards 50K per day,
