I interpret the non-arms length as a bit less risky as opposed to a less cumbersome agreement.  The delay on the news is related to the accumulation of more land.  It's best to stay quiet until the land position is secure or one throws money out the window for advertising against themselves.


Some entertainment...
How about this for speculation - Pengrowth becomes a regular corporation on Monday.  Charles Selby is the VP of Pengrowth and a director of VER.  VER will give us the details on the JV Monday too.  Coincidence? Could be a weird twist of fate, even if it seems remote.  I give it a 5% chance.
