For sure, the company needs to raise money in the future to execute their business plan. If the resource update expected anytime soon is significant, the share price could  go higher and the financing done at a higher price and thus would become less dilutive. If poor, the share price could fall resulting in lower financing price and thus more dilutive.

Once we conclude one financing, I sense that the company would not finance again and would hope to tap more cash from the $65 million warrants priced between 65 and 75 cents!

Our well is shallow and so the total cost of drilling and testing should come out very low, less than $15 million for LFD since we are drilling up to 2400 m only!

This one is cool smelly money in the bank over time!
