RE: More insider buying.Looks like battlelines are forming for control of Ursa.The pro RS camp v's Inspiration's camp. Come March, control of the company will be decided by whoever can muster the most votes. In any case, it can only help the SP to have 2 entities fighting for control of the company. It forces existing management to show shareholders some real gains and potential suitors how they can increase shareholder value.
