Structure

StructureI don't see any reason for Vecta O&G to provide acreage AND financing to this deal.  If you have 100% of something, why would you give half of it to a group you have 20% of?  I have always thought that Vecta O&G is using Vecta Energy's ability as a public company to use some of that flexibility to get project financing.  The fact that O&G is an owner of Energy is just added gravy for it, and a fact that we get to take advantage of.  Am I seeing this wrong?  Off base?  How do the rest of you see this from a deal structure perspective?
